Refund Policy

We aim to be fair and transparent.

One-time orders

• If your order cannot be mailed due to compliance issues identified before mailing, you will be offered a correction or a refund.

• Once an order has been printed and mailed, refunds are not guaranteed.

Subscriptions

• Subscriptions may be canceled at any time.

• Charges already processed are non-refundable.

• No future mailings will be prepared after cancellation.

Facility rejections

If mail is rejected by a facility after mailing, acceptance decisions are outside our control. We will do our best to help explain what may have occurred but cannot guarantee refunds in these cases.

Errors on our part

If Send N Easy makes an error in preparation or mailing, we will work with you to make it right.
